Returns

This return policy is valid for USA.

You have the right to return 30 days after the arrival of your order.

The products can easily be returned.

The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defect received product.

With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case send us an email at [EMAIL] and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.

Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use. 

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within [10 business days] using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds. 

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Refunds 
Once we receive your item(s) in the condition and manner stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time. We will initiate a refund to the payment method used to make your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it will generally reflect in your payment account within 10-12 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Items for medical or personal care are non-returnable. For Order Refund inquiries, please email support@aquabloomfilters.com. If for any reason, your refund is not fully processed due to merchant issues, we will only issue the refund via bank transfer. We do not issue refunds via CashApp, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds
IMPORTANT. Once a return is initiated, your items have 10 days to arrive in our warehouse. If your items do not arrive within that time frame. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history an irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Exchanges
Because we can't ensure the item required will be available by the time returned items come back to the warehouse, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

My order arrived damaged or it's missing.
If you receive a broken or damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item or a complete refund. If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information indicates your order was delivered, we recommend that you contact your local carrier to confirm if the item was delivered.
